सामग्री (Ingredients):
- Bacha hua chawal – 1 cup
- Grated cheese – ½ cup
- Barik kati pyaaz aur shimla mirch
- Salt & chilli flakes
- Bread crumbs
- Oil – fry ya air fry ke liye
बनाने की विधि (Method):
Chawal mein sabhi samagri ache se mila lein. Is mixture se chhoti-chhoti balls banayein. Unhe bread crumbs mein roll karein.
Ab chahe toh aap inhe deep fry karein ya air fryer mein crisp hone tak sekh lein.
Garam-garam chatni ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.

2. Bachi Roti Ka Chinese Tadka – Roti Noodles
सामग्री (Ingredients):
- Bachi hui roti – 2 (patli strips mein kaat lein)
- Onion, capsicum, carrot – thin slice
- Soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce
- Salt & black pepper
बनाने की विधि (Method):
Ek pan mein thoda sa oil daal kar sabziyon ko halka bhunein.
Ab isme sabhi sauces daalein aur ache se mix karein.
Ab roti strips daal kar 2 minute tak toss karein.
Chinese flavour waali tasty “roti noodles” taiyar hai!

सामग्री (Ingredients):
- Bachi hui daal – 1 cup
- Gehun ka aata – 1½ cup (ya avashyakta anusar)
- Salt, ajwain, hara dhaniya
बनाने की विधि (Method):
Daal mein aata aur sabhi masale daal kar soft dough gundh lein.
Is dough se paratha banayein aur dono taraf se tawa par sekhein.
Achar ya dahi ke saath serve karein – super healthy & yummy!
